CUEE 2026 Application Form – Stepwise Process

Online application-

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official CUEE 2026 website- cuee.cutm.ac.in.
2. Click on “Apply Online” / “Registration”.
3. Provide basic details:
• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Create a password
4. Submit to generate a unique registration ID.
5. Verify your email or mobile (OTP-based verification).

Step 2: Filling Personal Details

1. Login with registration ID and password.
2. Enter personal information:
• Father’s / Mother’s Name
• Gender
• Category (General / SC / ST / OBC / Others)
• Nationality
• Domicile (if required)
3. Fill communication details:
• Address
• City, State, PIN code
• Contact Number
• Email ID

Step 3: Educational Qualification Details

1. Enter 10th / 12th exam details:
   • Board Name
   • Year of Passing
   • Roll Number
   • Subjects and Marks
2. For appearing candidates, select “Appearing” and provide expected year of passing.

Step 4: Course Selection

1. Choose the program / course you wish to apply for (B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, etc.).
2. Select preferred campus (if multiple campuses are offered).
3. Check eligibility for the selected program (as per CUEE criteria).

Step 5: Upload Documents

Prepare scanned copies of the following:

• Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG/PNG, <100 KB)
• Signature (JPEG/PNG, <50 KB)
• Class 10 / 12 mark sheets / certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)

Step 6: Payment of Application Fee

1. Application fee: Rs 600 (may vary; check official notice).
2. Payment mode:
• Credit / Debit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI (if available)
3. Confirm payment and save the transaction receipt.

Step 7: Review & Submit

1. Verify all entered details carefully.
2. Once satisfied, click “Submit Application Form”.
3. After submission, download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Offline Application

• The offline form will only differ in that it must be handwritten.
• Capital letters should be used for everything.
• The form filling can only be done with a ball pen that is either blue or black.
• The application fee must be paid at Bhubaneshwar in the form of a DD made payable to "CSREM Trust."
• The application and the necessary paperwork must be sent to the address below, either in person or by mail.
