IIHM eCHAT 2026 APPLICATION FORM

The IIHM eCHAT 2026 (Electronic Common Hospitality Aptitude Test) is the entrance exam conducted by the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) for admission into its undergraduate and postgraduate hospitality programs, including B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, MBA in Hospitality, and related courses.

Step 1: Register for IIHM eCHAT 2026

For Indian Nationals

• Indian students can use the steps listed below to register for the exam:
• Go to "echat.elink.in," the exam's official website, and select "Register."
• Fill up the registration form that appears, making sure to include your email address, mobile number, password, campus, and WhatsApp number. Click the "Register" tab now.
• The email address and mobile number you provided will receive an OTP; input it in the appropriate field to authenticate the form.

For International Students

• Students from outside of India or candidates with an international mobile number can register by following the instructions listed below:
• Go to "echat.elink.in" and select the "Register" button that appears on the page.
• Click the "International Students Register Here" tab to access the registration site.
• Now, accurately fill in the following fields: country, password, campus, Whatsapp number, email address, mobile number, and passport number. Next, press the "Register" button.

Step 2: Fill-in the Application Form

Post registration, Indian and International aspirants can fill-in the exam’s application form with the following process:

For citizens of India

• The following steps must be followed by Indian nationals who choose to complete the application form online:
• Click the "Login" button on the main website.
• Enter your eCHAT number, email address, and password to log in. After that, click "Login to Your Account."
• Enter the name, date of birth, gender, guardian's name, occupation, and other necessary information for the candidate.
• Enter the address and contact information as shown above. Enter the graduation and 10th and 12th grade academic credentials now.
• Next, from the list of exam locations that appears, choose the IIHM eCHAT exam date and location.
• Upload the candidate's photo, marksheets for their education, proof of residency, and other necessary files in the format specified.
• Following the aforementioned steps, pay the application fee using any of the available payment options on the screen. Upload a picture or copy of the successful Payment Challan or Deposit Slip as well.  Next, press the "Update Payment" button.
• The application form will be processed and the payment will be verified by the exam conducting body.
• Now, log in once more and print the completed admissions form.

For International Students

International candidates can follow the below-mentioned online procedure for filling in the IIHM eCHAT application form:

• Go to the official website and enter your login information.
• Provide accurate information on the application form, including your contact information, communication address, and personal information.
• In the designated field, type your passport number and nationality.
• Proceed with filling out the application form as described above for Indian nationals.
• Fill out the application and pay the registration fee.

*If the applicants have made any mistake in uploading the payment receipt then, they can re-upload it within 48 hours of IIHM eCHAT form submission. 

IIHM eChat Steps of Offline Application Process-

• Prospective applicants have two options: they can obtain the form and prospectus from the official website, "echat.elink.in," or they can pick them up in person at the preferred IIHM campus.

• Students must accurately complete out the IIHM eCHAT application form after obtaining it via one of the aforementioned offline methods. This includes providing information about their academic background, exam center, personal information, contact information, and guardian information.

• Students must then deliver the completed form to the appropriate IIHM campus in person or by mail. Along with the completed admission exam form, applicants must also pay the registration fee to the IIHM in the form of cash, check, or DD.
