How to fill out IPU CET Application Form 2025

Candidates who wish to appear in the entrance examination conducted by GGSIPU have to fill IPU CET application form 2025 and submit it within the specified time period. The step-by-step procedure to fill out the application form for IPU CET 2025 is described below:

Step 1) Fill in details in the IPU CET application form- Students have to click on the link ‘IPU CET application form 2025 released’ to be provided on this page. On the application page, candidates have to enter the following details:

Exam category- Candidates have to select the exam category ‘Engineering/ Professional/M.Phil/PG Diploma/PG Ayurveda programs’

Personal information- Applicant name, date of birth, gender, father’s name, mother’s name, nationality, category, Aadhaar card number, religion, Region/state from where last/qualifying exam passed, physically handicapped (yes or no), defence (yes or no), J&K migrant (yes or no)

Mailing and contact details- Address line 1 & 2, state, city, pin code, email ID, mobile number, residence number

Step 2) Uploading of scanned images- Applicants have to upload scanned copies of their recent passport-sized photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression. The specifications defined for the scanned images are given below:

Step 3) Academic details- Candidates have to enter the following academic details and then click on ‘Next’ button:

• Class X and XII details- Year, Board name, percentage
• Qualifying exam details- Passed/appearing

Step 4) Acceptance of declaration- Candidates have to fill in the captcha as displayed on the screen, mark a tick on ‘I agree on button, and then click on the ‘Submit’ button. A message will appear on the screen for review of information before the final submission of the IPU CET application form. To verify the details candidates have to click on the ‘cancel’ button or click the ‘OK’ button to proceed to the final submission of the IPU CET application form.

Step 5) Generation of login ID and password- A message box will appear on the screen asking candidates to note down their login ID and password. On clicking the ‘OK’ button the login ID and password along with the candidate's profile will be displayed on the screen. Candidates must note down the credentials for future reference and then select ‘Course Information’ to enter details about the course.

Step 6) Course details- Candidates have to click on the ‘Apply for course’ button and enter the exam category and the name of the course they are applying for. After selecting the appropriate course, the exam date and time will appear on the screen.

Step 7) IPU CET exam center choice- The list of all the test cities for IPU CET 2025 will appear on the screen. Candidates have to select two exam cities in order of their preference.

Step 8) IPU CET 2025 application fee payment- Candidates will be asked to preview the details entered by them before making the fee payment of Rs. 1000. The fee payment can be done online through a debit card/ credit card/ Internet banking.

Step 9) Print out of IPU CET application form 2025- After successful transaction candidates will be redirected to the page where their personal, as well as course details, will be displayed along with the transaction ID. Applicants are advised to take a printout of this page and keep it for future use.
