KMAT KERALA 2026 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must meet the KMAT Kerala qualifying standards in order to be eligible for admission to MBA and PGDM programs. The following are listed in the KMAT Kerala eligibility criteria 2026: age restriction, minimum qualifying scores, and educational prerequisites.

To apply, candidates must meet the following KMAT Kerala Eligibility Criteria 2026:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a minimum three-year bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Final-year students awaiting results can also apply but must provide proof of graduation before admission.
Minimum Marks: General category candidates require a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in graduation, while SC/ST candidates need at least 45%. Some participating institutes may specify higher qualifying marks.
Nationality: Both Indian nationals and non-Indian candidates are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: There is no upper or lower age limit specified to appear for the KMAT Kerala exam.
Work Experience: Not mandatory. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates can apply.
Application Eligibility: Candidates must have qualifying marks as per norms prescribed by the participating institutes at the time of admission.
Reservation: Kerala domicile candidates may receive reservation and fee concession benefits as per government rules.
Qualifying Marks in KMAT Exam: Candidates must score a minimum of 10% of total marks (72 out of 720) for the general category and 7.5% (54 out of 720) for reserved categories to qualify.
dmission Procedure: Admission to MBA/PGDM courses is based on KMAT scores combined with Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds conducted by the individual institutions.
