What next after class 10th/SSC/SSLC?

 

In any student’s life, 10th Class is a very important year as it is their last year in their school life. For any student, SSC/SSLC/Class 10th Exams are going to be their first most important state-level examination in their life. The marks scored in the 10th Class / SSC is going to be the first milestone in any student’s life. Students who completed their 10th Class Examinations are in a dilemma about their next step. Here we provide some courses which are suitable for students after 10th Class.

 

 

1) Intermediate/PUC/12th/Plus Two

2) Polytechnic

3) ITI

4) Paramedical courses

5) Short term courses

 

Intermediate/PUC/12th/Plus Two

Intermediate has become most of the students' priorities lately, after 10th Class. Most of the students are selecting the following courses to study

1) MPC – Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

2) BiPC – Biology, Physics, Chemistry

3) CEC – Civics, Economics, Commerce

4) MEC – Mathematics, Economics, Commerce

5) HEC – History, Economics, Commerce

Apart from these regular courses 27 combinational courses and 31 vocational courses also available. The intermediate course is for a duration of 2 years after which a student is eligible for graduation courses.

 

Polytechnic

Polytechnic is a diploma level course which is for a duration of 3 years. It is the course which is equivalent to 2 years intermediate course and 1st-year graduation. Those who completed polytechnic are eligible to directly join in 2nd year engineering course as lateral entry. It has a lot of carrier opportunities for Polytechnic both in Government and private sectors. The branches in Polytechnic

ITI - Industrial Training Institute

Courses in ITI are similar to the polytechnic course but ITI is not diploma level course. the branches in ITI are almost the same as polytechnic courses.

1) Mechanical

2) Fitter

3) Electrician

4) Carpenter

5) Plumber

 

Paramedical Courses

The paramedical board offers courses in the medical field which are mainly helpful at the time of emergency. A paramedic is a healthcare professional, who will be working mainly as part of emergency medical services (EMS), such as on an ambulance. In these, some of the courses are 2 years and some are 1-year courses, below are 2 years course after 10th Class.

1) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology DMLT

2) Diploma in Optometry Technician DOT

3) Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant DOA

4) Diploma in Hospital Foodservice Management DHFM
