Telangana State Board for Technical Education and Training

Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training is simply known as TS SBTET. The board is established under the authority of the Government of Telangana and the Board has more concentrated on the administration and developmental aspects. The main function of the board is to advise the Government on the coordinated development of Technical Education in the State at all levels below the Undergraduate level.

After the bifurcation of Andhra and Telangana States, The Board came under the control of the Government of Telangana State. The function of the Board is to coordinate the development of Technical Education in the State at all levels. Curriculum and Academic Standards for Diploma and Polytechnic Examinations, To recognize institutions conducting diploma courses and prescribe courses of study for them. The State Board of Technical Educational Training, Telangana Offers Around 43 Courses for Polytechnic Education.
