If I were to rate my college out of 10 I would rate it 7 . The college gets 7 points because of its good infrastructure and nice scenic views inside the campus also the campus is very large and students can explorate and never get tired the office also well qualified and the campus life is also good but not everything is as it should be because the mess food is very bad and the placements are unsatisfactory More...

My overall experience in this college is average. Placement is better than all the colleges in jammu and kashmir. Campus area of smvdu is 450 acres. The infrastructure of our college is better than 90% of the colleges in India . Sports infrastructure is also very good. Hostel is bad as compared to others . Washroom of Hostels stinks so bad even animal can't stay there. College provide on campus placement to students with no blacklog and cgpa above 7+. The average package is 7 lakh per annum and the highest package is 24 lakh per annum More...

There is no timing for the local transportation which is the only way to reach the nearest highway. Sometimes it can take up to 2 hours just waiting for the local matadoors. This makes it very difficult for the students to do up down from university. More...
