AJK College of Arts and Science - Application /Admission Process

The application and admission process for AJK College of Arts and Science (AJKCAS) in Coimbatore is structured to ensure that candidates meet the eligibility criteria and can successfully enroll in their desired programs. Here’s a detailed overview of the process:

Admission Procedure-

• Applications are sold and registered both online and offline. Every course has a different registration number. While offline candidates receive an SMS with their application number and running course registration number as soon as they register on campus, online applicants register through their account by entering marks they have acquired through a site to obtain the registration number.

• Every year starting in March or April, printed applications will be available on college campuses in offline mode.

• As stated by Bharathiar University, completed applications must be turned in by the deadline for receiving applications for each course, together with photocopies of the +2 results, Community Certificate, and TC (if available).

• Three recent passport-size and two stamp-size photos, as well as certified photocopies of the following, to be sent with every application.

• Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or its equivalent for admission to degree courses.

• Transfer Certificate from the School/College last attended.

• The original certificates of all chosen candidates should be deposited with the institution; they will only be returned once the course is over.
