Acharya Institute of Technology Application/Admission Process

Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore – Application/Admission Criteria

Admission takes place both online and offline. This institute also provides with two categories – Domestic and International – for students to take admission.

For Domestic & International Admission (Online):

Step – 1: Candidates need to visit the website at – www.admissions.acharya.ac.in to fill in the application form. Candidates may also send in their requests via email – admissions@acharya.ac.in (Domestic), while International candidates are required to visit the website at - https://admissions.acharya.ac.in/ (International)

Step – 2: Domestic candidates will be contacted by the counsellors from the University via phone and email after which the candidates are required to send in their scanned documents for verification.

International candidates are required to upload their relevant documents while submitting their application forms.

Step – 3: Once the verification process is complete by the University, candidates (Both Domestic and International) will receive an “offer letter” for admission after which the payment has to be made through online or offline mode.

Note International Candidates: After receiving the admission offer letter, candidates are required to apply for the visa. Candidates can send in their visa to the email - international@acharya.ac.in

For Domestic & International Admission (Offline):

Step – 1: Candidates are required to visit the campus of this Institute and meet the counsellors for taking admission. Candidates are then required to choose the programmes/courses after which the counsellors will check the eligibility criteria.

Step – 2: If a candidate meets all the eligibility criteria, then the offer for Admission will be made to the candidate.

Step – 3: In the final step, candidates are required to make payment and complete the admission formalities.

Additional Note for International Candidates:

International candidates are required to report to the college on arrival and submit a rental agreement to the FRRO within 5 days of arrival.

Important dates for FRRO registration are provided one month in advance, and students must report two days prior to the class commencement date. If an international student does not wish to stay in the college's hostel, they are given a complimentary two-night stay upon arrival and are required to find accommodation and shift prior to the third day of arrival.
