AITS Tirupati is accepting offline application forms for its B.Tech, MBA, MCA, and M.Tech programs through a common application process.

Application Process Steps

  • Visit the campus of the Institute to collect the prospectus and application form from the counter.
  • Pay the required application fee for the prospectus.
  • Complete the necessary details in the application form.
  • Attach attested photocopies of required documents with the filled application form.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech: 10+2 with 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Math; valid AP EAPCET rank.
  • M.Tech: B.Tech with 50%; AP PGECET/GATE rank.
  • MBA/MCA: Graduation with 50%; AP ICET rank.

Admission Process Steps

  1. Application Form
    • Candidates must apply online through the official AITS Tirupati website or via the respective entrance exam portals (AP EAPCET, AP ICET, AP PGECET, AP ECET).
    • Fill in personal, academic, and course preference details.
  2. Entrance Exam
    • B.Tech: Admission through AP EAPCET 2026.
    • M.Tech: Admission through  AP PGECET 2026 or GATE.
    • MBA/MCA: Admission through AP ICET 2026.
    • Diploma lateral entry: Admission through AP ECET 2026.
  3. Counseling & Seat Allotment
    • Qualified candidates must attend state-level counseling sessions conducted by APSCHE.
    • Choice filling, document verification, and seat allotment are done during counseling.
  4. Final Admission
    • After seat allotment, candidates must report to the institute with required documents and pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC).
  • Entrance exam rank card (AP EAPCET / AP ICET / AP PGECET / AP ECET).
  • Caste certificate (if applicable).
  • Income certificate (for fee reimbursement eligibility).
  • Passport-size photographs.
  • ID proof (Aadhar card).
