Amritsar College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) offers various scholarships to support students based on academic merit, entrance exam performance, and extracurricular achievements.

Scholarship Details at ACET

• Merit-Based Scholarships:
• Students scoring above 80% in their previous qualifying examination are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver for the first semester.
• Those scoring between 70% and 80% receive a scholarship of INR 15,000.
• Students with marks between 65% and 70% get a scholarship of INR 7,500.
• AGC NEST Scholarship:
• ACET conducts the AGC NEST (National Entrance Scholarship Test), which provides scholarships up to INR 1.5 lakh for eligible candidates based on the test performance.
• Academic Excellence and Extracurricular Scholarships:
• Scholarships are also awarded for outstanding academic records and achievements in extracurricular activities.
• Additional Scholarships and Financial Aid:
• Scholarships and financial aid are available for sports achievers with national and state-level certificates.
• Financial assistance is provided to economically weaker sections, fatherless students, and students from reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC.
• Various government post-matric scholarship schemes are applicable for SC, ST, minority students, students with disabilities, and students from specific states.
• Special scholarships are available for Jammu & Kashmir students and children of building and construction workers.

• Early Bird Scholarship:
  • Students who pay the full fee deposit within 1-7 days of registration can avail a 10% scholarship.
