Anna University    - Scholarship

Merit-cum-Means Scholarships and Post-Matric Scholarships are offered to students at Anna University. Scholarships are also offered by the university to students from lower-income families. Additionally, students can take advantage of the numerous scholarships that the federal and state governments offer. The following list describes all of the scholarships along with their qualifying requirements:

• Merit-cum-means Minority Scholarship- Students from Buddhist, Christian, Sikh, and Muslim backgrounds who demonstrate merit may apply. A family's yearly income shouldn't be more than 2.5 lakh rupees.
• Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship- Students with a first-year attendance rate of 75% and an 80% score on their 10+2.
• MBC/BC Scholarship- Students from underprivileged backgrounds whose family's yearly income is less than INR 2 lakhs.
• SC/ ST Scholarship- Family annual income is not more than INR 2.5 lakhs.
• TN Educational Trust Scholarship- UG and PG course registered students. The annual income of the family does not exceed INR 2.5 lakhs.
