The campus is spread over 33acres of land, located at Kanakamamidi village, near Moinabad 25 Kms from city. Ayaan educational society was formed in the year 2002. Four B.Tech branches in Computer Science , Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Civil Engineering and M.Tech (EEE) in Power Electronics and Drives. The present annual intake of students in the college is 348 We have 65 teaching & 25 non-teaching staff who are highly experienced, qualified and dedicated with an excellent academic record. The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) and recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
