The B.N. Bahadur Institute of Management Sciences (BIMS) is located at "Manasagangothri's" northern edge.  Alumnus B.N. Bahadur, President of the B.N. Bahadur Family Foundation in Michigan, USA, donated to establish it. BIMS, Mysore was certified by the AICTE and was affiliated with the University of Mysore when it was founded in 2002. PG and PhD programs in business administration were offered by BIMS. 

Situated in a rural area, BIMS is a singular architectural creation.  There are approximately 400 students who may use the large classrooms, computer lab with 54 systems, 200-seat auditorium, 10499 books stored in the library with subscriptions to 22 journals and 17 dailies, and sports facilities.

Together with research and consulting, BIMS aims to expand its scope by providing a range of management programs. Additionally, it places a strong emphasis on networking with corporations and other business schools to maintain its course offerings current with the demands of the dynamic management market and the fiercely competitive business world.
