Chandigarh University Mohali was founded in 2012 and has rapidly established itself as one of the leading private universities in India for its focus on excellence in education, research and innovation across the world.

Chandigarh University has been granted an A + by the NAAC and accreditation by NBA in addition to being recognized by the UGC. CU Punjab includes 18 constituent institutes which offer comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Architecture and other subjects including engineering streams accredited by ABET.

In the last cycle of placement 2024-25, CU Punjab got more than 9,000 job offers out of over 1,100 recruitment companies. The hostels are decent and provide necessary amenities.
