Babu Banarasi Das University – Scholarships.

BBDU provides many Scholarship Programs to students on a merit and needs basis as per the following criteria:

• Scholarship for SC/ST Category: Students whose parent's/guardian's annual income is less than Rs. 2.5 lac, are entitled to avail scholarship and tuition–fee refund as per the norms prescribed in the notification of the U.P.Govt., from time to time.

• Scholarship for General category (economically weaker section): Students whose parent's/guardian's annual income is less than Rs. 2 lac, are entitled to avail of scholarship and tuition – fee refund as per the norms prescribed in the notification of the U.P.Govt., from time to time.

• Scholarship for OBC and Minority categories: Students whose parent's/guardian's annual income is less than Rs. 2 lac, are entitled to avail of scholarship and tuition-fee refund as per the norms prescribed in the notification of the U.P.Govt, from time to time.

• Scholarship for Minority categories (Government of India): Students whose parent’s/guardian’s annual income is less than Rs. 2 lac for Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme and Rs. 2.5 Lac for Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme, are entitled to avail scholarship and tuition-fee refund as per the norms prescribed in the notification of the of Government India from time to time.
