Balurghat Law College, Paschim Raynagar – Application/Admission Process

1. BA LLB (Hons.):

Eligibility:

• Must be qualified in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
• Must have obtained 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade for general category, 40% for SC/ST category.
• Total marks of best of five subjects excluding EVS including English should be taken into account to calculate the percentage of marks.

Application Process:

• Apply through the online application form available on the Balurghat Law College
• Admission is based on merit of the qualifying examination.
• Application fee is INR 500/-.
• Candidates must submit scanned copies of 10+2 mark sheet, proof of date of birth, and caste certificate (if applicable) with the application.

For the BA LLB (Hons.) program, candidates appearing or having appeared for the annual examination in March/April are also eligible to apply. Reservation is as per the rules of the Government of West Bengal.

Admission is provisional and will be confirmed after verification of testimonials and subject to confirmation from Gour Banga University.
