BEST IU offers a multitude of customized support to help students develop and upgrade their skills and place them in the best possible position for entering the job market. Students are offered expert advice and resources they are interested in, which includes annual career fairs, and workshops operated by Career Advisers and Visiting Recruiters.
Training shall be provided to the students in two phases. In the first phase, students will be involved in learning, skill-intensive workshops, and communication skills. In the second phase, students will be provided with experiential learning with a strong interface between industry and Academia. Internships, Hands-on training would be provided so that education remains relevant to students.
