Established in 1997 by the Coimbatore Diocese Society during its 150th anniversary and Bishop Dr. M. Ambrose's silver jubilee, it began with 40 students offering B.Sc Computer Science, BBM, B.Com, and BCS programs before shifting to its permanent College Nagar campus near Sungam in 1999. Affiliated to Bharathiar University with NAAC B++ accreditation, the co-educational Roman Catholic arts and science college now coordinates 12 UG and 2 PG programs emphasizing character formation and social responsibility.
