Admission Process for MBBS

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
  • For the Unreserved category, a minimum of 50% marks is required in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. For SC/ST/OBC categories, it is 40%.
  • The candidate must be at least 17 years old.

Entrance Exam: Admission is based on the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Counselling Process:

  • State Quota (85%): Counselling is conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh.
  • All India Quota (15%): Counselling is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
