Candidates have two options to submit filled in application forms.
Offline Mode:
Wherever convenient candidates may visit the Co-ordinator, Office of International Affairs, Ground Floor, block I, Christ Deemed to be University, Hosur Road Campus and obtain Application Form. Candidates may fill in the details and directly submit the form along with the required supporting documents and payment of requisite application fee, at the same address during all working days.
Online Mode:
Candidates may exercise the option of submitting application form online, they need to visit the University website till this online mode is available. The candidates need to visit the official website at https://appstat.christuniveristy.in and register by entering the details like Name of the candidate, Email ID, Mobile Number and set a password. Candidates may apply as many Programmes using the same email ID, subject fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the programme being applied for. In the next step, candidates need to log on to the website at www.christuniveristy.in using the credentials already created and click on “Admissions” button, proceed to click on the Application status followed by appestat link: http://appstat.christuniveristy.in/. In the confirmation page click on “Applications” and click on the preferred programme. Candidates need to upload documents, make online payment of application fee, and submit.
Candidates need to fill in the details in the “detailed application” page, scan and upload recent passport size photograph (3.5 Cms x 4.5 cms in formal dress with white background) and then click “submit” button. Candidates at this stage can view the page with all details filled in and candidates at this stage can also edit any information already entered. Now, the candidate needs to click “confirm submission”.
Candidates how need to make payment using Credit/Debit/Net Banking mode and on successful payment, click on submit button. A 9 (nine) digit application number will be generated. Candidates are required to obtain a print out. For any reasons, if it is not possible to take a print out, they need to log in under the application status page, enter the registered email ID and password to view and print the application form.
Guidelines to candidates:
Candidates need to carefully enter the marks in the qualifying examinations field in the online application form. This data shall be considered for preparing the merit list and any error in the marks entered will be treated as fraudulence/falsification of marks and application shall be summarily rejected.
For UG Programmes, the candidates must keep a copy of Marks Memo of Class 10th, Class 11th and 12 (or 10+2). For Postgraduate programmes, candidates need to keep a copy of Marks memo of 10+2 and Undergraduate Degree marks Memo.
All the Programmes offered in CHRIST Deemed to be University are taught in English Medium. Hence, it is expedient that the students are proficient in English language. All International candidates arriving from non-English speaking back ground must provide evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English. If not, he/she must qualify in the English Proficiency Tests conducted by TOEFL (Paper) TOEGL (ONLINE) or IELTS with scores of 550, 213 and 6.0 respectively.
Candidates who have applied for any programme must appear for the Entrance Test/Personal Interview, depending on the programme chosen.
Admission Process:
After completion of the Entrance Test/Personal Interview rounds etc., the CHRIST University uploads the list of selected candidates on their official portal http://appncr.christuniversity.in Selected candidates shall be intimated E-offer of admission/results via their Email ID. Such of the selected candidates who received E-Offer, need to complete the admission process before the validity of the same.
Candidates need to choose date and time from the options made available and make the payment online (First year) including the one-time non-refundable fees. Candidates need to undergo pre-admission document verification and join the Programme on the date to be announced by the University.
