Many graduates aspire to pursue higher education in their careers, but not all are able to pay for college courses. CIMAT offers numerous scholarships to bright students to ease their financial burden and encourage them to pursue their education. The scholarship offers them the opportunity to fulfill their aspirations and land a solid career after graduation. For the benefit of the students, the college offers the following kinds of scholarships.

• Backward Classes Welfare Department scholarship for the Backward / Most Backward class community (Low-income group students)
• Government of India Scholarship for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe students
• Scholarship to daughters of Defence Service / dependents of freedom fighters / Personnel
• Chief Minister Scholarship for Research Students by Tamilnadu Government
• Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl child by UGC for PG students
• Kamarajar Endowment Scholarship by Bharathiar University & meritorious students
• Assistance from the college Students Aid Fund is also available
• Alumni scholarship is provided to deserving students by the CIMAT Alumni Association.
