Admission Process for BVA:

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the BVA program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Background: Candidates should have completed one of the following:

• Pre-University Course (PUC), 10+2, or a Vocational Diploma in Commercial Art or any visual arts course.
• A two-year foundation course in visual arts from a recognized institution equivalent to 10+2.

Entrance Examination: Candidates must pass an entrance test, which may include written, practical, and oral components as determined by the college administration.

Language Proficiency: Candidates are required to qualify in language subjects studied during their previous education (English and either Kannada or Hindi) as prescribed by the university.

Application Steps:

• Online Registration: Candidates must register on the official College of Fine Arts website.
• Filling Application Form: Complete the application form online or download it for submission.
• Document Submission: Upload necessary documents, including photographs, signature, and academic mark sheets.
• Application Fee Payment: Pay the application fee through the specified bank account or online payment methods.

Non-Karnataka and Foreign Students:

• Foreign students must provide a Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate from their previous institution and hold a valid passport and visa.
• Admissions for foreign students are subject to clearance from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
