The CMS Bangalore application form can be filled out online by following the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of CMS Bangalore at cms.ac.in
• Click on ‘Admissions’ and then on ‘How to Apply’.
• Select the relevant course to fill out the application form online.
• Enter all the personal and academic details asked in the application form and attach the documents mentioned below.
• Pay the course-wise application fee: Rs 600 for UG and Rs 1,050 for the PG course.
• A mail confirming the submission of your application form will be sent to your registered email address. Save the mail for future reference.
