Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras - Scholarship

DOMS, IIT Madras  offered various scholarship facilities to its students-

  • Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: 67% of accepted students' tuition fees are waived if their parents' yearly income is less than Rs. 4.5 lacs.
  • Free studentship: 25% of enrolled students whose parents' annual income does not exceed INR 4.5 lacs are eligible for a 67% tuition fee exemption. Scholarships are only renewed every semester if the applicant had a minimum GPA of 5.0 the semester before.
  • SC/ST Scholarship- The Institute's SC/ST Scholarship offers reserve category students whose parents' yearly income exceeds INR 4.5 Lacs a free messing and pocket allowance of Rs. 250/-per month, in addition to tuition cost exemption.
