      Eligibility
      To be eligible for an LLB in India, candidates must hold a qualifying degree (a 10+2 for a 5-year course, or a bachelor's degree for a 3-year course) with the minimum marks set by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for their category. The BCI mandates a minimum of 45% for General categories, 42% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST categories in their qualifying examination. You must also meet any additional criteria of the specific university or law college you are applying to and usually clear a law entrance exam like CLAT, AILET, or CUET (Law).
