Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College & Hospital is a government medical college that offers undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs. Eligibility Criteria

MBBS:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• The candidate must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission or turn 17 by December 31st of the admission year.

MD/MS:

• Candidates must hold an MBBS degree with a minimum of 50% marks from an NMC-recognized institution.
• Completion of a one-year internship by or before March 31st is mandatory.

Admission Process:

Entrance Exams:

• MBBS: Admission is based on the NEET UG scorecard.
• MD/MS: Admission is based on the NEET PG scorecard.

Counselling:

• MBBS: Assam NEET UG Counselling.
• MD/MS: Assam NEET PG Counselling.

Application Process:

• Candidates must register for the respective NEET exams and participate in the counselling process conducted by the state of Assam.
• After being allotted a seat, candidates must report to the college with required documents for admission formalities.
