Garden City University has a Career Advisory and Placements Services (CAPS) which provides an opportunity for students to get trained and to spur their career placement through the campus placements process.

All students are required to fill up the “Career Advisory Form”. This form will be used to measure the interests of the students under three aspects mentioned below:

• To take up a job immediately after completion of the Programme
• Undergraduate Students choose to take up higher education
• Entrepreneurship

Students who choose to take up a job career immediately after completion of his/her Programme in GCU are required to undergo thorough training and assessments from their pre-final year of the Programme itself.  For this, CAPS extends assistance to the students to train themselves in soft and communication skills to enhance their employability. Students join the respective companies as “Interns” for 3 months in their last semester, wherever they get placed.  Usually, 100% placement is ensured by GCU.
