GBS's primary area of focus is placement. The institute has an active placement cell whose main goal is to help students develop their ability to evaluate job opportunities and comprehend the work, choices, and information needed to turn a job opportunity into a positive career milestone. The activities related to final placement, summer internships, and industry liaison are within the purview of the placement cell.

To provide top-notch MBA placements in various industry verticals, GBS practices strictly organized training for improving employability skills.

As part of the placement process, Global Business School students go through a rigorous training program and skill development. Every student takes the Skill Assessment Test (SAT I) in the first semester as part of the Pre Placement training to determine his levels of aptitude, English, current news awareness, and reasoning. The students are given the (SAT II & SAT III) & Pre Placement Training, which goes through the 2nd and 3rd semesters till they are equipped with skills to confront the numerous interview processes with the Industry, based on the SAT scores and the identification of the training needs.
