In the year 2000, the GNIOT group of academic institutions was founded. To provide Millennials with an exceptional education in the field of management education through the PGDM curriculum, the GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) was founded in the city of the future- Greater Noida. 

Amid the pandemic, GIMS, Greater Noida was established in 2020 to give recent graduates a fresh perspective on Industry 4.0 and to help them on their journeys toward success. GIMS is headed by Prof (Dr.) Bhupender Kumar Som (a PhD in Statistics, and IBM certified Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner), Director GIMS, Greater Noida. 

At the PG level, GIMS Greater Noida offers PGDM 4.0, a two-year full-time programme with dual specializations in International Business, Marketing, OB & HRM, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, IT and business Analytics, and New Age Startups and entrepreneurship. The programme runs on a three-trimester schedule. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved the PGDM programme at GIMS.

The classrooms' amphitheatre-style design adds to the delight of comfortably absorbing the material. 

Library: The institute boasts a well-stocked library with both traditional and digital resources to meet the demands of today's physical world. These resources include the most recent editions of journals and periodicals, including business magazines and newspapers, a wide range of textbooks and reference books, as well as spiritual and historical publications to further the millennial generation's comprehensive knowledge.

Computer Lab- The Computer Center provides departments, faculty, and students with cutting-edge computing resources. It consists of branded PCs connected via Ethernet LAN to DELL and HP servers. The PCs are outfitted with online conferencing software, such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx, for conducting online classes, webinars, and meetings. 

Hostel- Both the boys' and girls' hostels are located on campus, offering well-appointed twin and single-sharing rooms with air conditioning and non-AC, as well as all the necessities. The delicious and nutritious food served at the hostel mess is based on a menu that was unanimously chosen by the culinary committee, which also includes some student representatives. 

Sports- The GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) has a legacy in both sports and education. College athletics have a big impact on life. Students will have a wide selection of sports to pick from at the institute. It features sports facilities for basketball, tennis, badminton, cricket, and other games. 

Auditorium-The air-conditioned, contemporary auditorium at GIMS can accommodate more than 500 people in seats. Along with being well-equipped with the newest technology, the auditorium boasts contemporary interior design, central air conditioning, excellent ventilation, and audio-visual capabilities. The auditorium is used by the faculty and students together for seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other events. 

Conference Hall- In the well-furnished, fully air-conditioned conference hall, a variety of seminars, workshops, teacher-student interaction, faculty meetings, conferences, and corporate interface events are also organized. The conference room can hold between 75 and 100 people and is furnished with all the latest audio-visual equipment.
