I study at Government Degree College, Kathua. I am a 2nd-year student of B.SC. If I have to review my college in one word I would say it's Good. The campus is nice. The faculty is good. Classrooms, library, etc. Are also good. For me, it's just one issue and that is security. as there are no strict restrictions on the entry of outsiders.
