GSL Medical College & General Hospital, located in Rajamahendravaram (previously known as Rajahmundry), offers various medical courses, including MBBS, MD, MS, and PG Diploma.

Admission Process

Undergraduate (MBBS) Admission

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • The lower age limit is 17 years on or before December 31st of the admission year.
  • English must be one of the subjects in the qualifying examination.

Entrance Exam: Admission is based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG).

Counselling Procedure: Candidates must participate in the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG Counselling for seat allotment.

  • NEET Rank Letter
  • Admit Card
  • Class 10 and 12 certificates
  • Proof of identification
  • Photocopies of passport photos
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable).

Postgraduate (MD/MS) Admission

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must hold an MBBS degree or its equivalent.
  • For MD/MS, candidates must have secured a minimum of 50th percentile in NEET PG for the General category and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC.

Entrance Exam: Admission is based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG).

Counselling Procedure: Candidates must participate in the Andhra Pradesh NEET PG Counselling for seat allotment.

Documents Required:

  • NEET PG Rank Letter
  • MBBS degree certificate
  • Registration with the State Medical Council/NMC
  • Other relevant documents as specified by the college.

Application Process:
