Guru Nanak Institute of Technology offers various scholarship schemes to support students pursuing Graduate and Post Graduate programs. Some of the scholarship schemes provided by GNIT are listed below.

• Institute UG Scholarship: A scholarship of INR 60,000/- at INR 10,000/- per semester for undergraduate students.
• Institute PG Scholarship: A scholarship of 20% on tuition fees, i.e., INR 10,000/- per semester for postgraduate students.
• Sikh Scholarship: 50% freeship on tuition fees.
• Scholarship scheme for North East states: It offers only INR 40,000/- to the students under this scholarship scheme for the students of North East.
• Sibling scholarship scheme: 20% of the tuition fee.
• Employee scholarship scheme: Amount varies based on the term of service of the employee.
