Gyanveer University Application/Admission Process

GYANVEER UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS

Admissions at Gyanveer University are open for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Integrated and Doctoral programmes. Selection is based on the university’s own application process and any recognised national-level entrance exams (where applicable).

Admission Process

Step 1. There are three simple options for students to complete the admissions form.

You can use our university's website to complete the form online.
The admission form can be downloaded from our website and sent to the university's admissions unit.
Additionally, you can apply for admission by going directly to the university. Students can download the form to complete and submit to the university admission office, or they can fill it out online from the comfort of their own homes. The cost of admission form is Rs 500.

Step 2. Complete the application. Students must fill out the application form in all relevant fields, including those pertaining to their families and personal information. Along with the completed application form, students must submit the following documents, which must be properly self-attested: Marksheets for grades 10 and 12 and graduation (if applying for a postgraduate program) Four current passport-sized photos, an Aadhaar card copy, and a reserved category Candidates must also provide their residence certificate, Samagra ID, income certificate, and caste certificate.

Step 3. Document verification The University Admissions office will handle the application after receiving the filled-out form and other supporting documentation. You will be notified by phone or email of the university's decision as soon as your application is reviewed and approved.

Step 4. Admission Offer After the successful completion of their verification process, applicants will receive an email with an offer letter, either unconditional or conditional. A applicant may occasionally be asked to attend a face-to-face interview. The offer letter can be used to apply for a bank education loan and will include information on the program and cost schedule.

List of Documents Required

Students are required to submit the following self-attested copies along with the application form:

Class 10 (SSC) mark-sheet and certificate.
Class 12 (HSC) mark-sheet and certificate.
Graduation mark-sheet & certificate (for PG programmes).
Recent passport-sized photographs (usually 4 copies).
Copy of Aadhaar Card / valid identity proof.
Other documents as applicable (for example: category certificate / caste certificate, income certificate, etc) as specified for the chosen programme.

Original documents must be available for verification at the time of admission.
