Merit-Based Scholarships: HIMT provides cash prizes to students who achieve top positions in their university examinations:

  • 1st Position: INR 1,00,000
  • 2nd Position: INR 51,000
  • 3rd Position: INR 31,000

Tuition Fee Concessions: Scholarships are also offered in the form of tuition fee concessions based on academic performance:

  • 20% concession for students scoring 75% and above in qualifying exams.
  • 10% concession for students scoring between 65% to 75%.

Special Category Scholarships: Additional concessions are available for specific groups:

10% concession for:

  • Physically challenged students (with a certificate of >45% disability)
  • Girls students
  • Children of defense personnel
  • Siblings studying at HIMT
  • Students from paramilitary forces
  • Students from single-parent families
  • Old students returning for further studies
