The IIS University offers various scholarships to its students. One such scholarship is the Post Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child, introduced by the UGC to support girls in pursuing postgraduate courses.
However, this scholarship is only available to girls who are admitted to non-professional PG courses in universities or colleges, and are in their first year of study.
It is also important to note that this scholarship is not applicable to those who are enrolled in PG courses in distance education mode. Additionally, the scholarship is only available to girl students up to the age of 30 years at the time of admission.
