The Career Development Centre (CDC) of IMSEC oversees and maintains all of the institute's placement-related operations. Pre-placement conversations are arranged with students by the placements department of IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, which also helps with their quantitative development. The Career Development Center is responsible for organizing the IMSEC placement drives. Corporate houses and companies are also invited to participate in the placement drives on the IMSEC Ghaziabad campus by the placements unit. With the help of IMSEC Ghaziabad placement drives, the career development centre aims to give its students long-term job connections with recruiters.
