IEM Kolkata has a long history of successful placements. Many students take part in the recruitment drive and are hired each year. The institute has finished its search for 2021 employees. The participating batch included 1016 students in total. 813 of them, including 647 undergraduate and 166 graduate students, were placed. Compared to the prior year, there was an increase in the number of students who were placed by almost 14.7%.
The median income for management students during IEM Kolkata Placements 2021 was INR 10.50 LPA, INR 4.01 LPA for the UG Engineering batch, and INR 3.60 LPA for the PG Engineering cohort.
