The Institute of Management and Research (IMR), Delhi-Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, provides several institutional fee concessions, merit waivers, social welfare aid, and government-sponsored scholarship frameworks across its undergraduate, postgraduate, and technical streams.

1. Institutional Merit & Special Concessions

IMR awards tuition fee concessions directly through its institutional scholarship committee:

Merit Scholarship (Up to 50% Fee Waiver): Extended to students who achieve 85% or higher in their qualifying examinations. (Renewable annually based on academic performance)

Sports Scholarship (Up to 75% Fee Waiver): For applicants who have represented state or national levels in recognized sports competitions (requires an official authority certificate).
Need-Based Aid (Up to 30% Fee Waiver): Extended to students from economically weaker backgrounds showing strong academic potential (requires a verified annual family income certificate below Rs.3.0 Lakhs)
Girls Empowerment Scholarship (Up to 25% Fee Waiver): Special tuition waiver offered to incoming female students to foster higher education access.
Sibling Scholarship (10% Fee Waiver): Awarded to the second or subsequent sibling enrolling at IMR while the first sibling remains enrolled.

2. Government & Welfare Scholarships

Students enrolled in courses affiliated with AKTU (Lucknow) or CCSU (Meerut) can leverage state and national welfare portals:

UP State Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme: Domicile students of Uttar Pradesh belonging to General, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and Minority categories can apply for full or partial tuition fee reimbursement through scholarship.up.gov.in.
- Income Caps: Annual family income up to Rs.2.0 Lakhs (for General/OBC/Minority) and Rs.2.5 Lakhs (for SC/ST).
National Scholarship Portal (NSP): Central government schemes available for meritorious and reserved category candidates via scholarships.gov.in.

Application & Review Process

Form Submission: Fill out the institutional scholarship form available at the campus admission office or downloaded via the official website (imrghaziabad.ac.in) during the admission intake.
