Step-by-Step Application & Enrollment Process
Step 1: Online Application & Registration
Visit the official portal (www.imtcdl.ac.in) and click on Apply Now.

Select your preferred program and specialisation, and complete the registration with personal, contact, and academic details.
Pay the one-time, non-refundable application fee of ?1,500 online.
Step 2: Document Uploading
Upload clear, scanned copies of required academic transcripts, identity proofs, and experience certificates through the application portal.
Step 3: Program Fee Submission
Pay the applicable program/semester fee securely using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or through No-Cost EMI options.
Step 4: Document Verification
The IMT-CDL admissions team reviews submitted documents against program eligibility norms.
Step 5: Enrolment Confirmation & LMS Onboarding
Upon successful verification and fee payment, an official Enrolment Number is generated.
Students receive credentials to access the Student Information System (SIS) and the Learning Management System (LMS / EduGenie) for online classes and study materials.
Applicants must submit scanned copies of the following documents during the online application:
Class 10th Certificate / Marksheet (for age and name verification).
Class 12th Marksheet and Passing Certificate.
Graduation Degree Certificate or Semester-wise Marksheets.
Proof of Work Experience (mandatory for Executive PGDM applicants; e.g., experience certificates, appointment letters, or latest salary slips).
Valid Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card - both sides).
DEB ID & ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits ID as per UGC/DEB guidelines).
Recent passport-size photograph and digital signature.
Scholarship / Category Supporting Certificate (if applying under Defence, War Widow, or Reserved Category waivers).
