The Institute offers an MBA, MCA Program, and Ph.D. Research Center Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is ISO 9001 Certified, Approved by AICTE, and Accredited by NAAC. All India Management Association (AIMS) has IIMS as a permanent member.
IIMS provides two PG degrees in management and computer applications, in addition to this IIMS also provides a Doctoral program which mainly focuses on Organizational Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management and Human Resource Management.

MBA (SCM and Analytics) is one of the flagship programs of IIMS, Maharashtra.
Passed minimum Three-year duration Bachelor's Degree awarded by the University recognized by the University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons With Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent.
The candidate should have Passed B.C.A or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc (IT) or B.E. (CSE) or B.Tech (CSE) or B.E. (IT) or B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, economically weaker section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State)

Aspirants must have an aggregate of 55% marks in their Master's degree (5% relaxation for reserved/PwD). Candidates are shortlisted based on the PET examination score for PhD admissions.
