Application Process

Online Registration:

  • Candidates must visit the official JDCOEM website and click on the "Apply Now" tab to register as a new user by providing their name, email ID, and password.
  • After registration, a verification email will be sent. Candidates must verify their email to receive their user ID and password.

Filling the Application Form:

  • Log in using the provided credentials and fill out the application form with all necessary details.
  • Upload required documents, including scanned copies of Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, graduation marksheet (if applicable), Leaving Certificate, Aadhaar Card, passport-sized photograph, and signature.

Payment of Application Fee: The application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

Submission: Submit the completed application form online. It is advisable to keep a hard copy of the application for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate Programs (e.g., B. Tech): Candidates must have completed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Postgraduate Programs (e.g., M. Tech, MBA):

  • For M. Tech: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 50% marks and valid GATE scores.
  • For MBA: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and valid MAH MBA CET scores.

Ph.D. Programs: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks in a relevant field.

Selection Process:  Admission is based on various national-level entrance exam scores such as JEE Main for B. Tech, GATE for M. Tech, and MAH MBA CET for MBA programs. The college will release a merit list based on these scores after the cut-off is announced.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo document verification and pay the requisite fees to confirm their admission.
