Admission Process

The admission process at IMR generally follows two primary pathways depending on the level of study:

  • Postgraduate (MBA/MCA)- Centralized Admission Process (CAP) via the State CET Cell, Maharashtra.
  • Undergraduate (BBA/BCA)- Merit-based (Direct) application to the institute.

1. Postgraduate Admissions (MBA/MCA)

Admission is primarily governed by the State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra.

  • Entrance Exams: Valid scores in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET, CAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, or GMAT are required.

    CAP Rounds: After clearing the entrance exam, candidates must participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), where seat allotment is based on merit and the preferences submitted.

2. Undergraduate Admissions (BBA/BCA)

  • Eligibility: Must have passed 10+2 (HSC) in any stream with a minimum of 45–50% marks (varies by category).

  • Application: Interested candidates should obtain the admission form directly from the IMR Jalgaon campus or through their official website.
