KBNU, Gulbarga – Application/Admission Process

KBNU application and admission procedure is as mentioned below:

• Candidates need to visit the official website of KBNU and click on downloads.
• All the courses shall appear on the screen and the candidate can download the required form to which he/she desires to apply
• Candidates need to fill in the application correctly, without leaving any column blank.
• Candidates need to obtain a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.1,000/- towards the application fee in favor of Khaja Bhandanawaz University payable at Kalaburagi.
• Applications duly filled in along with all relevant copies of documents along with the Demand Draft must be forwarded either by Speed Post/Courier/in person to the following address:
• Admission Office, Khaja Bandanawaz University, Rauza-I Buzurg, Kalaburagi-585 104.
• After the declaration of relevant Common Entrance Tests, candidates need to lock in Khaja Bandanawaz University as his/her choice.
• During the process of counseling (first round/second/third rounds), the candidate shall get intimation through his/her email ID registered.
• Once selected shall attend to the pre-admission process of document verification and payment of fee and confirm a seat.

The following documents are required to be carried with the candidates at the time of verification of original documents, during the process of pre-admission.

• Marks Sheets of Class X/Class 12^th/UG/PG as applicable
• Proof of ID (Aadhar/Driving Licence/Passport or any other Government Proof)
• Provisional Allotment letter
• Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate as applicable
• Caste Certificate if appliable
• Admit Card/Score Card as applicable depending on the Programme
• Passport size photos (8 Nos)
