Undergraduate Programs (B.E., B. Arch):

Eligibility Criteria:

  • E. Programs:Candidates must qualify in either the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) or COMEDK UGET (Undergraduate Entrance Test). JEE Mains score holders are also eligible without needing to take these exams.
  • Arch Program:Admission is based on scores from NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE Mains Paper 2.

Admission Process:

Candidates must register on the official KLS Gogte Institute of Technology admissions portal.

  • Fill out the application form and submit it along with a self-attested copy of required documents.
  • Payment of the application fee is mandatory before submission.
  • After qualifying in the entrance exam, candidates must participate in the respective counselling rounds (COMEDK/KCET).
  • Seat allotment is based on entrance exam scores and preference during choice filling.

Postgraduate Programs (M. Tech, MBA, MCA)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Tech:Candidates need to qualify in Karnataka PGCET or GATE.
  • MBA:A valid score in Karnataka PGCET or KMAT is required, along with a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.
  • MCA:Admission is also based on Karnataka PGCET scores.

Admission Process:

Similar to undergraduate admissions, candidates must register online and complete the application form.

  • Submission of documents and payment of fees are necessary steps.
  • Candidates who meet the cut-off scores will proceed to counselling rounds for seat allocation based on their preferences and exam scores.
  • Final confirmation requires document verification at the KLS Gogte Institute of Technology campus and payment of course fees.

Doctoral Programs:

Admission to doctoral programs is conducted through a personal interview following shortlisting based on performance in the VTU-ETR (Visvesvaraya Technological University Entrance Test) conducted by the university.
