Admission Process

• Merit List Generation: Admission is based on the "Normalized Marks" obtained in the Class 12 (HSC) examinations in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. No separate entrance exam is conducted for Tamil Nadu state quota seats.

• Online Counselling: Based on the rank list, candidates participate in rounds of online counselling where they select KTVR as their preferred choice.

• Lateral Entry: Diploma holders can apply for direct admission into the second year (third semester) of B.E./B.Tech programs through the Lateral Entry Counselling.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for engineering programs at KTVR in 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• B.E. / B.Tech Eligibility:
