Mahatma Gandhi Law College offers various undergraduate and postgraduate law courses. The application and admission process for each course is detailed below.

  1. LLB (3 Years):
  • Eligibility: Qualified in any undergraduate degree with 50% marks.
  • Selection Criteria: LAWCET or Management Quota.
  • Specializations: LLB (Hons), BA/B.Com/BBA LLB.
  • Annual Intake: 320 seats for LLB and 120 seats for LLB (Hons) and integrated courses.
  1. LLB (5 Years):
  • Eligibility: Qualified in Intermediate/+2 with 50% marks.
  • Selection Criteria: LAWCET or Management Quota.
  • Specializations: BA/BBA/B.Com LLB.
  • Annual Intake: 120 seats.
  1. LLM (Regular):
  • Eligibility: Qualified in LLB with 50% marks.
  • Selection Criteria: TS-PGLCET.
  • Specializations: Constitution Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Law of Torts and Crimes.
  • Annual Intake: 20 seats per specialization.
  1. LLM (Distance):
  • Eligibility: Qualified in LLB with 50% marks.
  • Selection Criteria: TS-PGLCET
  • Specializations: Constitution Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Law of Torts and Crimes.
  • Annual Intake: 20 seats per specialization.

Application Process:

  • Visit the Official Website: Candidates must visit the official website of TS-LAWCET or TS-PGECET and click on the 'Apply Online' tab.
  • Fill the Online Application Form: Candidates need to fill the online application form with the required details and submit it.
  • Pay the Application Fee: The application fee varies for different categories. For SC/ST and PH candidates, it is INR 500, while for others, it is INR 800.
  • Submit Required Documents: Candidates must submit the originals of the required documents, including marks certificates, transfer certificates, and caste and income certificates.

Management Quota:

20% of the total seats in each course are reserved under the management quota. Candidates who have not cleared the LAWCET or who have not appeared for it can seek admission directly through this quota.
