Types of Scholarships

State Level Scholarships: These are available for students from specific categories based on family income:

SC & ST Welfare Students: Annual family income should be Rs. 2 lakhs or below.

BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Students:

  • Rural area: Family income should be Rs. 1.5 lakhs or below.
  • Urban area: Family income should be Rs. 2 lakhs or below.

Disabled Welfare Students: Parental income should be Rs. 1 lakh or below.

Institute Financial Assistance: This is provided based on parameters such as family income, rural/urban background, achievements in sports or social activities, and being physically challenged. Scholarships are renewed based on academic performance.

Government Scholarships: Students can also benefit from government scholarships like fee reimbursement schemes, especially for those from reserved categories. For instance, SC/ST students may receive full semester fee reimbursement, while BC students might receive around Rs. 35,000.
