For a good BE program you have to look at knowledge aspect, internship, opportunities, growth as an individual(character) and placement. Knowledge and internship college will support but i personally feel that it is high time you start to explore what suits you best and for your career ambitions. Never lean or depend on your faculty or college for this part. For me studying in MSEC though spoon fed to a certain extent I started to explore by myself(mostly took sick leave and worked on personal projects and ended up near hod room). And some events which were constructive for my character development happened here and I cant think of any place changing my lethargic attitude, having said that it can be different for you.
