Mewar   University – Scholarships.

The University offers scholarships to deserving and meritorious students enrolling on Graduate programmes. The criteria for scholarships are as follows:

  • MU Scholarship -  75% Tuition fee exemption to a student (1st topper) Securing more than 90% Marks in 10+2.

  • Meritorious Student Scholarship - Students securing 85% and above in (10+2) are exempted from paying 25% of their tuition fee.

  • Special Scholarship for Economically Weaker Students - General students whose parents are economically weaker and have income less than 1 lakh per year and 75% or more are eligible for a 50% scholarship in tuition fees.
  • Extra - Curricular Excellence Scholarships - One student from each department adjudged for excellence in extra-curricular activities like sports, oratory, presentation, cultural activity etc., will be reimbursed 50% of the tuition fee.

  •  Government of India Scholarships - The Scholarship Scheme of the State/ Central Government for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/J&K/Northeast students is applicable as per the criteria fixed by the respective government.

    If a student is getting scholarships or incentives from govt. and other sources of sponsored schemes like scholarships for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/J&K/AICTE etc. She/He shall not be eligible for the MU Meritorious Scholarship or incentives.
